If no down payment has been made, the customer remains fully responsible for any outstanding invoices related to labor, materials, and other expenses incurred.

If a customer cancels a project before any work has begun and Pool Paint Screen LLC has not yet incurred any costs related to materials, labor, or preparation, the full down payment will be refunded to the customer.

If any costs have already been incurred (such as purchasing materials or scheduling labor), Pool Paint Screen LLC will retain the amount of the down payment that is equal to the costs already incurred. Any remaining balance from the down payment will be refunded to the customer.

If the incurred costs exceed the down payment amount, Pool Paint Screen LLC reserves the right to issue an invoice for the outstanding balance, requiring the customer to compensate for the additional expenses.
